Delivery Service
We dispatch orders every weekday with Royal Mail. We may also ship with DPD or Evri when Royal Mail services are unavailable. Whilst these services are normally reliable, there may be occasional delays to delivery times which are out of our control.
Once our delivery partner has taken your package, it is up to that company to fulfill their service obligations.
Returns and Exchanges
30 day no hassle exchange or return - simply read our returns information here and send your item back to us. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer except on the rare occasion the item is incorrect or faulty.
